1rack pork ribs
Favorite rub
Favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
Cover the ribs completely with your favorite rib rub. (Rudy’s -the restaurant- makes an outstanding rub that I put on absolutely everything.)
Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and allow to come to room temperature for 30 minutes. Set the oven to 225 degrees and put the ribs on the middle rack for 4 hours.
Heat the grill.
Remove the ribs from the oven and brush your favorite BBQ sauce on the top and bottom (again, I use Rudy’s).
Grill the ribs about 5 minutes, or until hot. Serve.
